R.E. Garrison Trucking offers a CDL-A reefer lease purchase program for drivers who want to work toward truck ownership without a down payment. This is a separate program from R.E. Garrison's own-truck owner operator opportunity.

Lease purchase contractors receive 70% of line haul plus 100% of the billed fuel surcharge with weekly settlement. Truck payments currently run approximately $695–$1,095 per week depending on the truck, with no money down, no credit check and a walk-away lease. Earnings vary based on loads completed, operating expenses and deductions and are not guaranteed.

Equipment is newer-model, including automatic Freightliner Cascadias up to 2024 where available, with brush guards, APU and Wi-Fi. An extended warranty option is available, and specified major components carry a 30-day warranty.

Rider and pet policy are available and access to medical, dental, vision and life insurance at group rates.

Qualified applicants must be at least 23 years old, hold a valid Class A CDL, have at least one year of OTR or Regional Class A driving experience within the past 3 years (R.E. Garrison completes final verification) and maintain an acceptable driving record. Reefer experience is preferred.

Settlement deductions for this program are explained by a recruiter before you commit, so you see the specific items that apply to your truck and lease.

Hiring area: drivers living in the 48 contiguous states except California, Oregon, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.
