Class A Truck Driver

Keystone is seeking a skilled and reliable CDL A regional dry van driver in North Bergen, NJ . This position involves longer-distance driving that may require multiple days on the road, typically within a specific region. The freight is NO TOUCH, and some store deliveries involve drop and hook operations.

Compensation:

• Weekly Avg: $1,400 to $1,800
  • 60 CPM
  • OT paid after 40 hours

• Home Time: Home weekends
  • Out up to 5 nights/week
  • Monday night dispatch
• NJ, OH, GA, NC Routes
• No-Touch Freight

Requirements

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience or equivalent military experience in th last 3 years
• Must maintain a safety-focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
• Current DOT physical certification
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
• Strong safety awareness and ability to operate vehicles in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail with commitment to following safety procedures
• Physical stamina to sit for extended periods and operate equipment safely
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Physical Demands:

• Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and feet to operate vehicles, controls, and equipment.
• Heavy Lifting: Occasional lifting, carrying, and securing cargo, sometimes over 50 lbs.
• Extended Sitting: Long periods of sitting while operating vehicles for multiple days.
• Focus & Navigation: Continuous concentration on driving, navigation, and situational awareness.
• Variable Hours: Work may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and overnight trips.
• Weather Exposure: Loading and unloading operations may occur in various weather conditions.
• Climbing & Balancing: Entering/exiting truck cabs and trailers and securing cargo safely.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment.
