Start Date: October 16, 2025
End Date: December 6, 2025
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 30-min meal break)
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Casa Real for an 8-week contract. This position offers competitive pay, a consistent night shift schedule, and a supportive environment focused on quality resident care.

This is an extension contract with adjustments to rate, shift, and schedule - ideal for nurses who value stability, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility standards and state regulations
Administer medications and monitor resident conditions
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal outcomes
Document care accurately in EMR systems
Support residents' comfort, safety, and dignity throughout each shift

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of [Insert State]
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (long-term care or rehab preferred)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work the designated night schedule (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
