- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility standards and state regulations
- Administer medications and monitor resident conditions
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document care accurately in EMR systems
- Support residents' comfort, safety, and dignity throughout each shift
- Active LPN license in the state of [Insert State]
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (long-term care or rehab preferred)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work the designated night schedule (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
