Job responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications within scope and maintain accurate documentation.
• Document interventions and communications in the pharmacy system as required.
• Support medication reconciliation workflows and clarify orders through appropriate channels.
• Provide general medication information to clinical teams within scope and policy.
