Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC certification
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Ability to manage caseloads up to 60 students
• Comfort and skill in supporting diverse needs, from general education to mod/severe
• Commitment to onsite service, collaborating alongside educators and families

What You’ll Do:

• Provide assessments, intervention, and therapy to students in both elementary and high school settings (grades TK–5 and 9–12)
• Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and document progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
• Foster inclusive communication environments tailored to each child’s needs
• Maintain accurate records and participate in school team meetings
• Serve at Rosamond Elementary School and Rosamond High Early College Campus
