Why Drive for Mesilla Valley Transportation?

Mesilla Valley Transportation combines the strength of the largest privately owned fleet in the U.S. with a culture that actually puts drivers first. Local drivers at MVT get consistent routes, reliable pay, and the respect that comes from a company built around efficiency, safety, and long-term driver success.

From modern equipment and drop-and-hook freight to performance rewards and unique incentive programs, MVT is designed to help you work smarter, get home, and earn more.

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Job Overview

Strong weekly pay with dependable lanes. Earn $1,250-$1,400 per week running dedicated routes across Ohio and Pennsylvania, with steady freight you can plan around.
Home time that keeps life in balance. Enjoy home time during the week plus a 34-hour reset at home on weekends, giving you consistency without long stretches away.
Easy freight for smoother days. Run mostly drop-and-hook freight, reducing dock time and keeping your workdays efficient.
Extra pay that adds up fast. Get $1,000 orientation pay, $100 holiday pay, and weekly direct deposit to keep cash flow predictable.

Benefits, Bonuses + Driver Perks

Full benefits you can rely on. Comprehensive benefits package, pet + rider policies, and late-model trucks and trailers.
Bonuses that stand out. Earn a $1,000 referral bonus, monthly fuel incentive bonuses, and qualify for MVT's quarterly new car giveaway.
Rewards for running smart. Top MPG drivers compete for a $25,000 annual grand prize - because efficiency should pay.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.

There is no deadline to apply. xhqgsiq Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
