Aviation Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs in the aviation industry. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to effectively utilize various recruitment tools and platforms. The Recruiter will collaborate with account managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. Duties Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing candidate applications. We us PCRecruiter. Build and maintain relationships with contractors to understand their specific needs. Utilize lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates through various channels like Indeed. JSFirm and Facebook. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the ATS. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Proven experience as a Staffing Recruiter or similar role. This is face paced recruiting. 100+ Outbound calls a day. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of training development processes is advantageous. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
