Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic therapy team in a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role requires experience in inpatient rehab, focusing on the treatment and recovery of adults and older adults facing severe injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation is required.
