Advance your nursing skills in a Med Surg environment supporting a busy 22-bed unit. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide care for a diverse patient population, including pediatric cases, within a supportive clinical team.

Schedule:

• 4x10 hour day shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, Med Surg strongly preferred
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Comfortable working with pediatric patients
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for up to 4-6 patients per shift in a fast-paced unit
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and families to deliver patient-centered care
• Administer medications and perform procedures according to best practices and facility policies
• Prioritize safety, infection control measures, and regulatory compliance at all times
• Offer support and clear communication to pediatric and adult patients alike
