We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role supports both elementary and high school students, providing essential social-emotional services and connecting students with resources to support their overall well-being and academic success.

Position Details:

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
Setting: Onsite only
Caseload: Elementary and High School students
Caseload Size: Varies

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students
Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
Connect students and families with community resources
Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution
Participate in student support meetings and multidisciplinary teams
Promote a positive and inclusive school environment

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required
Active Colorado licensure (LSW or LCSW) preferred/required based on district
School-based experience preferred
