Though we are guided by our Catholic Faith, you do not have to be Catholic to join our team or receive services./ppCore Responsibilities:/pulliFundraising/liliIndividualized Donor Cultivation/liliNew Donor Prospecting/liliManage Major Gifts Account/liliDocumentation Reporting/li/ulpWhat will you be doing in your role?/pulliTake ownership of identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major and planned giving prospects, and coordinating the involvement of the board, president/CEO, and executive leadership./liliEnsure donor engagement events are successful, engaging and done with excellence./liliDevelop activity plans and implement strategies for planned and major giving donors as determined by relevant criteria./liliWill frequently have face to face or other creative engagements with your donors./liliEnsure that each portfolio donor has a clear and customized strategy and appropriate timeline for outreach and stewardship./liliMonitor, evaluate, and report on progress and outcomes against agreed upon goals./liliRoutinely meet or exceed financial goals./liliMaintain ownership of the donor experience, by stepping in to resolve conflicts involving donors or negotiating solutions with other CCFW leaders./liliConnecting with our community, you present the mission of CCFW with integrity, honesty, and enthusiasm./liliWork diligently to meet both individual and team goals, working effectively with all members of the team to grow our donor base./liliMust be willing to transport donors, stakeholders, or special guests./liliCultivate strong internal relationships with members of your team and other agency programs, building a strong understanding of agency programs/services and establishing strong, collaborative relationships with the ultimate goal of donor engagement./liliLeverage your skills and resources of the agency to solve problems/li/ulpAre you the next Giving Officer?/pulliPassionate about CCFWs mission and work./liliBachelors degree and at least 2 years experience in donor or volunteer engagement OR a combination of relevant education and experience preferred./liliWillingness to learn and follow proven Benevon model./liliExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and English communication skills./liliProject management experience a plus./liliReliable transportation, valid drivers license, and liability required at all times; willing to transport others in personal car./li/ulpHeres the Good Stuff.../pulliFull-Time salaried position.
