We are hiring for a Software Engineer I to support our Platform Automation & Cloud Engineering Services (PACE) team. This is a hands‑on role focused on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, Kubernetes operations, and platform troubleshooting . Candidates should be technically strong, and capable of working in a fast‑paced enterprise environment. Core Responsibilities Execute infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform and Ansible/AWX Troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues across IaaS and CaaS environments Monitor platform health, respond to alerts, and perform root cause analysis Maintain and support CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and ArgoCD Develop and maintain runbooks and documentation Use AI tools for troubleshooting, log analysis, scripting, and automation Required Skills Infrastructure & Platform Support (Primary – 50%) 3+ years hands‑on Kubernetes administration Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, AWX CI/CD: GitLab pipelines, ArgoCD Scripting: Python or Bash Observability & Security Monitoring: Splunk Secrets Management: HashiCorp Vault Security Tools: Tanium, Qualys AI & Automation (Mandatory – 50%) Experience with AI assistants ( GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q or similar ) Use of AI for automation, troubleshooting, and documentation Understanding of AIOps concepts (anomaly detection, predictive alerts) Awareness of AI agent frameworks / LLM integrations Key Tools & Platforms Automation: Terraform, Ansible/AWX, Python Security: Tanium, Qualys, Xray Value Proposition Hands‑on exposure to enterprise cloud platforms (IaaS/CaaS) Work with AI-driven automation tools Collaboration with TechOps and SecOps teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Cygnus Professionals Inc.
