What You'll Do as an Assembler:

• Perform basic assembly tasks to meet required production quality and efficiency standards
• Read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation to complete assembly operations accurately
• Assemble, crimp, and prepare components using defined processes and materials per customer specifications
• Operate hand tools, equipment, and machinery to complete assembly tasks
• Use adhesives, clean parts, and perform finishing steps as required by work instructions
• Maintain accurate assembly records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Follow all quality and safety procedures while supporting department performance goals
• Participate in training, continuous improvement efforts, and support process updates as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Basic experience using computers or electronic systems
• Manual dexterity and ability to work with small components or repetitive tasks
• Ability to use hand tools and assembly equipment (preferred)
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
