Senior Process Engineer

Oversee the sale and execution phases of large projects with customers Sell customized engineered solutions by developing solutions with customers that maximize value and profitability Sell and execute large projects within targeted industries Partner with Business Development and Regional Sales to implement growth strategies and tactical plans Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry customers Prepare accurate project estimates and quotes aligned with customer budgets and performance expectations Develop and deliver presentations to prospective customers Collaborate across teams to develop project concepts and provide strategic/technical guidance and design feedback Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout project phases Contribute as a collaborative Engineering team member through communication, creativity, and continuous learning Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field Eight (8) or more years of experience in the food & beverage industry Experience focused on client relations, high-level designs, engineering concepts, sales—preferably sales engineering—and project management Ability and desire to travel Proven ability to communicate, present, develop strong relationships, problem solve, work in a fast-paced environment, complete analysis, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Track record of independently managing large-scale projects from concept to completion Strong understanding of target industry trends, regulations, and best practices Self-motivated and results-driven Dedication to customer satisfaction and project success Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, continuous improvement, and growth Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing large-scale projects within the food & beverage industry, focusing on client relations, engineering concepts, and sales engineering.
