Job Summary We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead and oversee our Patient Services Team in an acute care setting. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient food services, team leadership, and regulatory compliance while driving patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Establish departmental goals and oversee the implementation of patient food service programs aligned with medical direction and patient population needs Hire, train, coach, and develop patient services team members, fostering a high-performing environment Ensure compliance with prescribed dietary restrictions, delivering meals that align with diet orders while supporting patient preferences Lead initiatives to meet and exceed patient satisfaction goals Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies, as well as facility policies regarding confidentiality, HIPAA, and patient rights Participate in and/or lead patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs Qualifications Associate degree with at least one (1) year of experience in food services or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in food service management, nutrition, or a related discipline Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Registered Diet Technician (DTR), or Registered Dietitian (RD) credentials preferred Minimum of one (1) year of food service management experience, preferably in an acute care setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records (EMR), and diet office systems Team Oversight: 10+ FTEs (non-union, hourly staff) Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating weekend coverage Associates at Morrison Healthcare are offered many fantastic benefits.
