Visit ArchwaysToOpportunity.com for more details) High‑school students may join our local "Make The Grade" incentive and be paid for their six highest grades (up to $240) per grading period 80 hours of paid time off after one year of service Responsibilities Lead the experience: Handle and oversee crew schedules Inspire and empower: Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to deliver an outstanding guest experience while following policies to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment Ensure a memorable visit: Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment, from a presentable uniform to thorough cleaning procedures Understand that teamwork is key: Supervise and implement food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards and policies Take action first: Address safety, security, inventory, and profitability measures proactively Never stop learning: Cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant Be results‑oriented: Drive and expect a high level of performance from the team Be present: Arrive on time and clock in for all shifts to ensure all assigned tasks are completed Qualifications A humble and hospitable demeanor Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members) A desire to learn and grow; we aim to ensure all crew members become experts in every position The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs Strong leadership and team‑building abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic math and business skills (for inventory, scheduling, and cash handling) Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Additional Information This position requires successful completion of a background check.
