Installation Helper

Start a Skilled Trade Career – Join Coastal Canvas Products and Build Luxury Outdoor SystemsYou will install premium outdoor architectural systems at luxury residential and commercial properties throughout the Southeast. Working as part of an experienced installation team, you'll install awnings, pergolas, sunrooms, and custom shade systems while continuing to expand your carpentry, mechanical, and installation skills. This position offers consistent year-round work, paid travel, and a clear path for advancement into Crew Lead positions.Install custom awnings, motorized pergolas, sunrooms, and architectural shade systems at residential and commercial job sites. Read measurements, assemble structural components, operate hand and power tools, and complete installations while working alongside an experienced installation team. Maintain a safe and organized job site by managing material flow and ensuring all tools are properly handled. Execute the loading and unloading of high-quality materials and equipment to ensure project readiness. Utilize hand and power tools daily to complete diverse tasks under the guidance of senior technicians. Develop technical expertise in carpentry and mechanical systems through structured on-the-job training.Strong work ethic and a track record of reliable attendance and punctuality. Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform labor in various outdoor weather conditions. Comfort working at heights, including the frequent use of ladders and elevated surfaces. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites throughout the region.Prior experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse operations, or general hands-on labor. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to assist with team communication. A strong interest in pursuing a long-term professional career within the specialty construction trades.Hourly Pay: $24 – $25+ per hour (based on experience) Consistent year-round work + paid travel time and per diem Comprehensive on-the-job training program designed to move you from Helper to Crew Lead.
