This full-time role for the 2026–2027 school year empowers candidates to make a significant impact by supporting students with a range of needs—from moderate to profound—within a collaborative and supportive environment. Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will empower students to find their voices and reach their full potential.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience with pediatric populations, including early childhood, elementary, and adolescents
- Skilled in therapy for a variety of student needs, from moderate to profound
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K–12 students, tailoring interventions according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in pediatric populations
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and ongoing communication regarding student progress
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
