Full Time Night Auditor

Overview Hilton Garden Inn, managed by Schulte Hospitality Group, is seeking a full‑time Night Auditor to join our team. Responsibilities Audit the daily guest ledger. Handle all end‑of‑day accounting functions, including posting daily room rates and room tax. Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios. Averages the sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room, and other departments. Act as front desk clerk: check guests in and out, book reservations, and resolve guest issues. Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handling procedures. Organize the front desk area so the A.M. front desk staff can properly prepare for their shift. Monitor hotel security camera system. Ensure that the lobby is well‑maintained, properly lit, and with music at proper volume. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year in accounting or as a Night Auditor. Knowledge of PMS. High School Diploma or GED. Ability to multi‑task. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Team player. Ability to exceed guest expectations. Basic accounting and math skills. Benefits Daily Pay.
