The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction and operational excellence of the MD program, with a focus on advancing a personalized and forward-looking curriculum that integrates basic, clinical, and health systems science with early patient exposure. This role is pivotal in ensuring the program meets the highest standards of educational excellence and rigorous scholarship, particularly in the context of the company's deep commitment to biomedical innovation, patient care, and professional training. Applicants for the Vice Dean of UME and Vice CAO position at the company should be accomplished academic leaders with a strong background in medical education. The ideal candidate will hold an MD and be eligible for a faculty appointment at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor, with a proven track record in curriculum design, LCME accreditation processes, and continuous quality improvement within an MD program. Experience in leading complex academic operations, especially across multiple campuses or distributed learning environments, is essential.
