YOUR ROLE As the Assistant Store Manager, you play an integral role in creating the Vera Bradley experience, striving to exceed sales goals and assisting the General Store Manager in managing overall store operations. You support team development, training and visual merchandising. You are a brand ambassador, consistently modeling and upholding Vera Bradley’s core values. You have 1+ years of prior retail management experience or proven Vera Bradley management ability. You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening, closing and peak business needs. You’re at least 18 years of age. You’re a high school graduate (or equivalent). ENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping and reaching Strong sensory skills such as good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity Ability to consistently lift 10-35 lbs.; Occasionally lift up to 55 lbs. with the ability to push or pull more than 55 lbs. Base Pay Range: $20.34 - $30.53 Starting Pay: $21.20 USD Vera Bradley’s compensation ranges are based on market data and comply with all local, state and federal regulations.
