Global Demand Planning Specialist

To support supply chain optimization in the UPS industry, the full-time Global Demand Planning Specialist will forecast product demand across multiple global manufacturing facilities while collaborating with sales teams and factory managers in a remote/hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Act as the global planning point of contact for the defined product line Optimize end-to-end processes to reduce lead times and improve customer on-time delivery Create and maintain rolling 18-24 month unconstrained demand forecasts for the assigned product line Required qualifications BA degree in engineering (industrial, electrical) or Business Engineering/Supply Chain, or relevant experience At least 3 years of experience in supply or demand planning within a global environment Strong expertise in inventory management and analytics Expert-level knowledge of SAP MM/PP modules Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
