Data Processing Specialist

Victory Dream Center is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining data across multiple systems. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems. Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Verify and correct errors or discrepancies in records. Organize and maintain digital and physical files as needed. Generate reports and compile information for management. Assist with document management, scanning, and record retention. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Collaborate with team members to improve data quality and workflow efficiency. Respond to data-related requests in a timely and professional manner. Perform other administrative and data processing duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Previous experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative support preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Experience with database management or CRM software is a plus. Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
