Job Position: P/T Call Center Customer Service
Location: Flint, MI 48503
Pay Rate: $17.88/hr
See19-hour schedule below:
• Mondays: 2:30PM - 7:00PM
• Tuesday - Thursday: 12:30PM - 5:00PM
• Fridays - 2:00PM - 5:00PM
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a high volume inbound/outbound customer service environment.
2. Professional phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a calm positive demeanor under pressure.
3. Technical Proficiency: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs. \nCompany Description
