CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is hiring clinicians for a well‑established group practice serving the D.C., Virginia, and Maryland area. We provide culturally responsive, high‑quality care through in‑person and telehealth services, including therapy and psychological testing for clients of all ages. This is a 1099 contractor role with potential for W‑2 transition based on performance. Compensation Competitive and commensurate with experience. Part‑time: Psychotherapist $46/hour; Psychologist $87/hour. Full‑time: $70,000 – $100,000/year for Psychologist/Psychotherapist. Position Overview Join our clinical team as an EMDR Therapist and make a meaningful impact in clients’ trauma recovery. The role involves assessing client needs, developing tailored treatment plans, providing EMDR therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate records, and upholding a strong commitment to culturally responsive, trauma‑informed care while continuing professional growth. Requirements Independent license in Virginia or Maryland (Washington, D.C. preferred, priority for clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions). Passion for delivering exceptional mental health care. Dedication to continuous professional development. 1–3 years of relevant experience. Must be local. Preferred Experience working with a range of diverse clientele. Flexible work hours. Hybrid work in one or more office locations.
