Head of Strategy, Coach Community - Virtual / Remote Contract Blex Technologies is a house of direct-to-consumer brands in the sexual health + wellness space, specifically catering to the Black community. Sex is one of the greatest ways we connect as humans, and yet there is still a perceived stigma with being sex-positive in the Black community. Our mission is to create products and solutions that empower our people to feel invigorated about discussing their sexual health, can confidently lead a healthy sex life, and openly flex their sexual curiosity. Blex Technologies owns and operates multiple brands catering specifically to the Black community: from a sex and relationship app to an intimacy, health-based subscription box. To learn more about Blex Technologies and their products and services, visit: As Head of Strategy, Coach Networking you will be responsible for the following duties: Oversee the strategic direction of the blexCoach networking program that manages ongoing interactions with the coaches to keep them engaged, inspired and appreciated. Brainstorm, plan, and execute all programming initiatives, including but not limited to developing events, meet-ups, marketing and social media related to the program. Work closely with Blex Technologies Advisory Board members to gain their feedback and perspectives on the proposed programming. Work with external vendors and agencies (e.g., meeting coordinators, freelance writers) to create programmatic content. Set and meet or exceed desired KPIs and metrics to help determine ROI and success on programming efforts. Serve as primary liaison for coaches to facilitate collaboration and ongoing support. Attend bi-weekly team calls, on an as needed basis. $150 monthly stipend. Resume/CV: Please be sure to include any counseling/coaching related experience, if applicable. Qualifications and Requirements Completed a bachelor’s degree related to Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling. Experience managing events, webinars, meet-ups, or small-scale professional gatherings. Experience with proposal development, strategy presentations and measurement tactics. Experience communicating with senior leaders. Background check required. Ability to commit between 10-12 hours a month for a 4-6 month period.
