Job Title: Office Admin - Shipping & Receiving Clerk Lv2
Client: Food Manufacturing Industry
Location: Dodge City, KS 67801 (3201 US-400)
Duration: 7 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
The Billing Coordinator II will combine logistics and accounting expertise to support the shipping department by ensuring accurate billing of customer loads. This role involves direct interaction with suppliers, manufacturers, and exporters. Key Responsibilities
- Collect shipment information and verify weights for billing accuracy.
- Ensure proper and timely billing procedures; follow up on errors or discrepancies.
- Provide backup support for other team positions when needed.
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, or customer support tasks with general supervision.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth logistics operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Ten-key and keyboarding proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Prior experience working independently with sound judgment.
- Anticipates and adopts innovations in digital and technology applications.
- Plans and prioritizes tasks to align with organizational goals.
- Holds self and others accountable for meeting commitments.
- Logistics operations knowledge.
- Basic accounting expertise.
