Hollymead Veterinary Hospital is a general practice and urgent care hospital located in Charlottesville, VA. We are seeking a full-time licensed veterinary technician to join our team of highly skilled and dedicated individuals. We believe LVTs play an essential role in advocating for our patients and providing the best care by practicing high quality medicine and low-stress handling methods.

Requirements

• (4) 10 hour shifts 
• (3) 12 hours shifts 
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to remain calm in stressful situations
• Able to sit and/or stand for extended period
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Graduated from AVMA-accredited veterinary technician program
• Current veterinary technician licensure
• Complete the required amount of continuing educations hours to maintain licensure
