Part-Time Sales BDC Representative We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales BDC Representative to handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and support our sales team. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to leads via phone, text, email, and chat. Schedule and confirm sales appointments. Follow up with prospective customers and re-engage unsold leads. Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM. Complete daily follow-up activities and assigned tasks. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet appointment-setting and lead-response goals. Provide professional, friendly customer service. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
