Our Springdale, AR branch is actively seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team.Position: Warehouse WorkerAs a Warehouse Worker, you will perform essential physical tasks that support our branch operations and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Pull, load, and organize warehouse stockAssist with deliveries and unloading materials to multiple sitesSupport inventory control and warehouse operationsOperate forklifts (experience preferred)Maintain a safe and organized work environmentRequirements:Minimum age: 18 yearsGeneral knowledge of building industry productsComfortable working at heights (ladders or rooftops)Able to lift up to 80 lbsSchedule:Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm (hours may vary)Mandatory overtime as requiredCompensation & Benefits:Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits include:401(k) with company match (after 90 days)Health, dental, vision, and life insuranceDisability insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA)Paid time offIf you are reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow with a supportive team, CRBS wants you on board!Candidate must successfully complete a background screen and drug testing prior to hire.
