That means we will need 20 new General Managers and 120 new Assistant Managers. * There will be no better restaurant management opportunity than at Pluckers. Because we are opening so many restaurants, you have the opportunity to become an Assistant General Manager within 4-6 months. * As we expand, we are also looking for individuals capable of developing into a General Manager role within 1-3 years. Our General Managers have the opportunity to earn over $200,000/year. * Before you can be eligible to become a General Manager, you will first complete our 16-week training program, then master the Assistant General Manager role.
