Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Administer prescribed medications and monitor clients' health status.

Help with meal preparation and dietary needs according to care plans.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations in accordance with industry standards.

Requirements:

Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent.

Prior experience in home health care or a related field preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.

Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
