This role will focus on cash and bill processing, expense report management, and process documentation updates. As a member of the Tiger Team, you will contribute to a collaborative environment dedicated to efficiency and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cash processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.Process weekly vendor bills and invoices, verifying proper approvals and coding.Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.Participate in key business initiativesUpdate and maintain process documentation to reflect current procedures and best practices.Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders.QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).0–2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting function preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.CompensationThe annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $53,000 - $74,000. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
