End-of-Line Quality Inspector

We are seeking detail-oriented End-of-Line Quality Inspectors to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring finished products meet company quality standards before they are packaged and shipped. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, can accurately identify defects, and is comfortable using precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

1. Perform end-of-line quality inspections on finished products.
2. Conduct and document quality checks according to company standards.
3. Use precision measuring tools and testing equipment to inspect products and identify defects.
4. Report non-conforming materials or products to the appropriate personnel.
5. Verify products meet quality specifications and compliance requirements.
6. Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
7. Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and opportunities to improve production quality.
8. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, or other precision instruments (or willingness to learn).
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Hours: Monday - Friday - 6:30 am - 3pm
