Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally
- Perform general administrative duties, data entry, filing, and recordkeeping
- Collect production paperwork, scan documents into Google Drive, and generate daily reports
- Prepare weekly safety testing packets, grade completed tests, and update tracking spreadsheets
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and assist office management with additional tasks as needed
- Follow company attendance, safety, and workplace policies
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or office experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive, and database systems
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must wear steel-toed shoes and required PPE when entering production areas (safety glasses and hearing protection provided)
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or occasional Saturdays
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
