Customer Care and Sales Advisor
Cable One
Cable One, operating as Sparklight, is seeking a Customer Care and Sales Advisor to join our Customer Service & Support team. In this role, you’ll handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve service and billing questions, and recommend Sparklight internet, TV, and phone solutions. You’ll balance compassionate problem-solving with sales acumen, meeting targets through upselling and cross-selling. Working in our dynamic, collaborative culture, you’ll track interactions in CRM tools, follow established processes, and contribute to superior customer experiences while growing your skills in telecommunications and consultative sales.
