Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist opportunity in Dousman, WI at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Please submit your resume to start the submission process. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Wisconsin state license or compact license recognized for practice prior to the start of the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility, assisted living, independent living, or memory care settings is required. Variety of caseloads expected. Experience using NetHealth (electronic medical record) is preferred. Willingness to work M–F days and one weekend per month as part of the schedule. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience managing mixed caseloads including high-acuity and geriatric patients preferred.
