Supply Chain Digital Program Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in supply chain management to lead the development of cutting-edge solutions that optimize our supply chain operations. As a Project Manager in the supply chain domain, you will play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering products that enhance our efficiency, visibility, and overall performance in the supply chain ecosystem.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within the Digital Solutions team to ensure they collectively contribute to the achievement of our digital transformation objectives. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and alignment of projects with organizational goals. You will play a key role in guiding cross-functional teams, maintaining project timelines, managing budgets, and addressing challenges to ensure successful Project delivery. Additionally, you will support the change management lead to create change enablement strategies and plans.

The Lead, Project Manager will report to the Director, Digital Transformation Execution.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Project Planning and Strategy:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define the scope of the project including hypotheses development, key strategic efforts, and business case analyses to quantify the cost savings or productivity opportunity.
• Create a comprehensive Project plan, including goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Act as a trusted advisor, working in a highly collaborative team environment.

Stakeholder Management:

• Identify, plan, and develop realistic and executable roadmaps, communication plans, governance structures, and resources required for execution.
• Communicate all aspects of project to appropriate stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gain support and solicit input for the Project.

Resource Management:

• Allocate resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and technology.
• Monitor and manage resource utilization throughout the Project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other groups to secure necessary resources.

Project Coordination & Execution:

• Keep meetings on track and on topic, summarizing assignments, and publishing follow-up items in a timely manner.
• Monitor Project activities regularly and recommend changes to enhance the Project, as appropriate.
• Balance and manage multiple projects, ensuring clear project definitions upfront (e.g., project scope, objectives, work streams, resources, timelines, communication, and challenges) on time and on budget.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project timelines and adjust plans as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify potential risks to the success of the digital program and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Regularly assess and monitor risks, implementing adjustments to the project as needed

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the budget for our digital programs, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately.
• Track expenses and report on budgetary status to key stakeholders.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for our digital programs.
• Prepare regular reports for leadership, summarizing program status, achievements, and challenges.

Communication:

• Facilitate effective communication within the digital team and with external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on Project progress, challenges, and successes.

Change Management :

• In partnership with change management, create and implement change enablement strategies and plans, including training and communications . Conduct effective change impact and readiness assessments.
• Assist in working with project teams to conduct effective change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis.
• Integrate change management strategy and plans with overall Project management plans.

Education and Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a supply chain environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with supply chain technologies and tools.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to understand sophisticated business problems and identify and interpret business needs.
• Proven facilitation and influencing skills to drive decision making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and demonstrate adaptability in meeting prioritized deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to effectively drive results and manage Project constraints

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Change Management certification or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Kinaxis planning technology or similar technology experience.
• Business operations design and analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise wide, resource intensive, and highly complex initiatives
• A relationship builder able to team effectively with others and build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Experience using software design support tools and productivity suites such as Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office, and Lucid Charts, Jira
