What to Expect

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of medium to large complex projects that are often cross-organizational initiatives in support of strategic objectives. This position supports EPMO leadership in implementing and maintaining project management governance, standards, methodology and processes.

What You Will Do

1. Project Management

· Lead end to end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex, cross functional projects in alignment with approved scope, timeline, and budget.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, risk logs, issue logs, and status reporting.

· Partner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and deliverables.

· Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate appropriately.

· Coordinate internal and/or external resources across multiple functions and teams to ensure effective execution and accountability.

· Identify all interdependencies and ensure appropriate integration to project plan.

· Facilitate project governance activities, including steering committee updates and executive communications.

· Ensure all projects are managed within the company's project delivery framework and utilize company and industry standard project management methodologies and tools.

· Manage change impacts related to people, process, and technology as part of the project delivery.

2. Process Improvement

· Support continuous improvement of PMO practices, templates, and processes.

· Partner with business stakeholders and EPMO leaders to identify and maximize opportunities to improve processes, coordinate efforts to reduce cost and improve service offerings.
