Clinical Dietitian — Elder Care PACE (6-Month)

St. Paul’s PACE Reasner in San Diego seeks a registered dietitian to screen and assess participants’ nutritional status, plan interventions, and educate staff. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and supervise meal services to meet participants’ needs. The role supports the PACE program for adults 55+, with duties including nutrition education, documentation, and collaboration with contracted meal services.
