Customer Support Representative - AMER

Twist Bioscience

Twist Bioscience seeks a customer support representative for its remote Americas team to provide high-quality technical and service support to biotech research clients. The role involves resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across sales and support functions.

Responsibilities

Resolve product, service, and order inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Process and validate sales purchase orders with accuracy verification
Guide customers on product selection and ecommerce platform navigation
Generate sales quotes within Salesforce quote-to-cash system
Monitor key account orders and provide proactive pipeline updates to stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
1-2 years biotech industry experience
2+ years in customer-facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with G-Suite and Salesforce systems
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability

Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 USD base
