Richardson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Internet Sales Consultants to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven by performance-based pay, we'd love to meet you.
No automotive sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and the tools you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries.
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
