LPN: Licensed Practical NurseMasonic Village | Sewickley, PAFull Time | Evenings (2:45pm - 11pm)Part Time | Days (6:45am - 3pm) | Evenings (2:45pm - 11pm) | Nights (10:45pm - 7am)Pool/PRNPay: $26.54 - $32/hr (based on experience)PLUS Shift Premiums for Evenings ($3.50) and Nights ($2.50)Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Sewickley Campus - is immediately hiring for a LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse.As a LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse, you will carry out our Mission of Love by coordinating, delegating, and administering total care for residents on a specified shift and unit. Our LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the following: Working with all nursing personnel to develop comprehensive care plans based on an accurate initial assessment of resident needs and strengthsProviding work schedules and assignments to a group of non-exempt employees or a small group of professionalsConducting performance reviews, recommends and may conduct disciplinary action and resolution.To qualify as a LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse you will need:A Temporary Practice Permit for a Graduate Practical Nurse or an LPN License.Current CPR certification. A sincere interest in and concern for quality of care for the elderly and for those with limited physical and/or mental capacity.Effective communication orally and in writing with supervisors, subordinates, peers, residents and their families, visitors to the facility, and other departmental personnel.Sound nursing judgment in the performance of responsibilities.The ability to analyze the effectiveness of medication and treatments and the potential for adverse reactions.Long-term care experience, preferred.Our Mission:At Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania, our mission is simple; it is a Mission of Love.
