- Travel to locations for initial new Production Facility turn over and start up procedures
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance
- Manage and assist with the set up and or removal of machinery
- Identifying a faulty machine/component as the source of disruptions in the production process
- After diagnosis of disruption, has authority to identify all the options and compare them in terms of both cost and effectiveness as well as the authority to execute on the selected solution.
- Communicate plans effectively both verbally and in writing to the personnel at the production facility as well as the support/management staff at the headquarters
- Perform administrative tasks as required to include but not limited to record keeping, email correspondence, parts ordering, and necessary research.
- Training and educating other personnel at the production facility in Safety Training, Standard Operating Procedures, & Food Safety Compliance.
- Must be driven with a self-motivated disposition and have the ability to work with minimal guidance.
- Must have the ability to problem-solve thoughtfully and logically while incorporating different perspectives.
- Experience and working knowledge of low voltage control systems, internet of things, and controller boards are required.
- Experience and working knowledge of 230-volt & 480-volt systems, Motor Control Circuits, and High Voltage Contactors are required.
- Experience and working knowledge of fabrication, cutting, and welding PVC connections is required.
- Experience with powered roller conveyor systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are preferred but not required.
- PLC experience is preferred but not required.
