Dear Volunteers,
Thank you for your generous support! Volunteers r.o.c.k. (Receiving Opportunities by Creating Kindness). We are looking for passionate individuals to help at our upcoming charity event.
Dress Code
Please wear a white shirt/blouse and black slacks/trousers/skirts.
Event Details & Shifts
- Date: Saturday, July 11, 2026
- Time: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Location: 5170 Golden Foothill Parkway, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762
Volunteer Roles
- Event set-up and break down
- Silent and live auction help
- Sit at the silent auction table
- Sit at the vendor table
- Individually assist a celebrity (as needed)
- Raffle ticket sales
- Greeting and directing guests
- Other miscellaneous tasks

Pre-Event & Extra "Positive" Duties
Want to help out before the event? We are also looking for volunteers who can:
- Distribute flyers: Share our mission on social media or post them on work, school, and college bulletin boards.
- Fold paper samples: Help us fold free paper samples! This is a great sit-down job (origami fun!) that can be done right from the comfort of your home.
