Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex tax engagements for closely held businesses, partnerships, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on tax planning and strategic initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniors
• Review tax returns for accuracy and compliance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Research and resolve complex tax issues
• Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements and practice growth initiatives

Qualifications

• CPA required
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience reviewing complex business and individual tax returns
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring teams
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
