Full-time positions, multiple shifts open.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning duties across commercial, residential, or industrial facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers to ensure high-quality results.
• Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocol adherence.
• Conduct manual handling tasks like heavy lifting and moving furniture or equipment while practicing safe lifting practices.
• Maintain cleanliness standards by adhering to sanitation guidelines and facility maintenance protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently during cleaning assignments.

Qualifications:

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and chemical handling safety procedures is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while following safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards and facility upkeep.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Experience with facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
