Entry-Level Assistant Talent Manager

THIS IS A 100% IN-PERSON ROLE IN MIAMI, FL. This is an entry-level, part-time position, Monday through Friday, approximately 6 hours per day (30 hours per week). Job Description We are seeking an entry-level Assistant Talent Manager to support the daily operations of our Miami office. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in the talent management, entertainment, or creative industries. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day office operations. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives, employees, and clients. Support onboarding processes for new employees and clients, including orientation prep and paperwork. Act as a liaison between employees, management, and clients to ensure clear communication. Provide administrative support including data entry, document organization, and general office tasks. Help coordinate internal meetings, team events, and company functions. Perform additional duties as needed to support the team. Qualifications No prior experience required, though experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or administrative assistant is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
