Family Practice Physician – No Weekends, No Holidays Family Health Services (FQHC) – Sandusky & Norwalk, Ohio Full-Time | Up to $50k in Loan Forgiveness Eligible! | Work-Life Balance About Us Family Health Services (FHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing affordable, high-quality primary care, dental, and behavioral health services to everyone in our community—regardless of their ability to pay. Our team is growing in Sandusky and Norwalk, Ohio , and we’re looking for a Family Practice Physician who’s passionate about community health, teamwork, and patient-centered care. Position Overview The Family Practice Physician will contribute to a collaborative clinical environment, providing direct patient care and supporting efforts to enhance quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes across FHS. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to provider and support staff Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to reward and support our providers: Loan Forgiveness: Up to $50,000 for a 2-year FQHC commitment Work-Life Balance: Typical 8A-5PM, Monday-Friday. Qualifications Required: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified in Family Medicine Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio Preferred: 5+ years of clinical or administrative experience Experience in community health or FQHC setting Ready to make an impact?
