Liquid Propane Service RepresentativeThe Liquid Propane Service Representative (LPSR) is responsible for delivery and service of a group of propane customers. This includes delivery of product and installation of tanks as needed. High value is place on service and retaining the customers.Responsibilities:Deliver energy products to the customer on a timely basisRespond to emergency service calls as neededMaintain timely, accurate records on sales and inventoriesMaintain safety standards at all timesMaintain daily communications with the department managerLook for opportunities to sell additional products and servicesMaintain the truck in good working order which would include but not limited to keeping the truck clean and presentable, report all discrepancies of the truck and maintain records for work repairs.Operate within the standards set by USDOT and FMCSRSkills, Knowledge and Abilities:Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety RegulationsKnowledge of basic commercial truck maintenanceAbility to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individualsAbility to follow established processesBasic knowledge of computers and basic softwareAbility to manage time effectivelyEducation:High school degree or equivalentCDL license with the appropriate endorsementsCETPPhysical Requirements:Able to reach, pull and lift 50+ lbsAble to handle repetitive lift and pull motionAble to read documents with fine printAble to use a keyboardAble to hear effectively on the phoneThis job description is not inclusive of all duties and responsibilities of this role.
